Profiling your audience

The M.B.D.M Reader: Michael age 19 is a student and is currently studying: music technology, graphic communication and English literature who has an enthusiasm for hip-hop music which has a great impact on his social life for example his lifestyle, friends he hangs around with, fashion sense, hobbies as well as attitude. He always is talking to his friend about who’s doing it big in the hip-hop scene also watching music videos and going to concerts. Michael has an addiction to his fashion sense which reflects on the kind of music he listens to and the kind of people he hangs around with which shows his loyalty to the hip-hop scene.

My music magazine will be targeting people like Michael. What he wants to see in the magazine is rapper with colour coded fashion sense with the latest snapback. And in the magazine it will have what artist concerts are currently available what kind of cloths that are in the spot light right now as well as who’s album that his should look out for in addition to who has the best music video in the hip-hop scene ands what artist has been nominated for the BET Hip-Hop awards.
